By accessing or using the Brift marketing website and tailored construction software platforms, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Services & Deployment Model
Brift provides customized construction enterprise software deployments. Each client's environment is provisioned with tailored site configurations, user roles, and reporting modules as specified in the agreed proposal schedule.
3. Setup Fees & Maintenance
Client proposals include a setup fee covering bespoke workflow configuration and continuous cloud hosting, backups, updates, and dedicated technical maintenance as outlined in the signed proposal schedule.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their administrative credentials and verifying project purchases, client receipts, and contractor payouts before approving transactions into financial records.
